If traveling by OC Transpo, routes 11 and 14 are nearby. The nearest LRT station is Tunney’s Pasture.
Where Can I Park?
Parkdale United Church has two parking lots, shown in the diagram as P1 and P2.
P1 can be accessed from Parkdale Avenue, via the driveway between the church building and the Abbeyfield House just north of the church building. You need to drive past the Abbeyfield House parking spaces (which we are not allowed to use) to the back lot.
P2 can be accessed from Gladstone Avenue, directly behind (east of) the church building. This lot provides access to a wheelchair ramp which allows access to the sanctuary.
In addition, on Sunday mornings only, we can use the lot shown as P4.
The lot shown as P3, accessed from Gladstone Avenue, is no longer available to the church. It has NO PARKING signs.
It is next to the building which formerly housed Knights of Columbus.
P4 is the Connaught Public School parking lot and is accessed from Rosemount Avenue.
Street parking is also available on some streets around the neighbourhood. Pay attention to the city parking signs.
